Common use of Employer Representatives Clause in Contracts

Employer Representatives. The Employer shall supply the Local Union Office with a list as of September 15th of each year of its designated authorities with whom the Union may be required to transact business, including, but not limited to, all relevant employees within Human Resources, all Employer representatives on the Labour/Management Committee. Other management personnel named in the Agreement will be made available upon request.
