Common use of Employer Representatives Clause in Contracts

Employer Representatives. The Employer shall supply a list of its management representatives with whom the Union may be required to deal with under the terms of this Collective Agreement and shall keep the Union informed at all times as to the names of its management representatives.

Employer Representatives. The Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its management representatives designated authorities with whom the Union may be required to deal with under transact business, including relevant employees of the terms of this Collective Agreement Human Resources Department, and shall keep Employer representatives on the Union informed at all times as to the names of its management representativesLabour Management Committee.
