Employer Policies. Employees shall be governed by written policies adopted by the Employer as publicized on bulletin boards, or by general distribution, provided such policies are not in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement.

Employer Policies. Employer policies shall be communicated and available to the employees where applicable.
Employer Policies. The employer will maintain a policy manual available to employees which comprises all the employer's policies which relate to the working conditions, staff, or matters covered by this Agreement. The employer will promptly inform all employees in writing of new policies. The employer will also forward a copy of such policies to the unit chair and update where applicable.
Employer Policies. The Employer will provide to the Union any new or existing policies affecting represented employees or any updates to policies affecting represented employees made during the term of this agreement. Existing policies will be provided not less than seven (7) days after the effective date of this Agreement. New policies or policies revised during the term of this Agreement will be provided to the Union not less than seven (7) days in advance of their effective date. Current policies will be posted electronically and hard copies of current policies will be maintained in an accessible and clearly identified location at each facility.
Employer Policies. Section 1. Due to the complexity of the Employer's operations, it is understood by the parties that they have not covered every aspect of hours, wages and working conditions in this Agreement which may have an effect on employees in the bargaining unit. The parties hereby acknowledge that the Employer had policies in effect at the time of signing this Agreement. Those policies, to the extent they are not inconsistent with specific provisions of this Agreement, will continue to apply to bargaining unit employees unless and until changed, modified or revoked in writing by the Employer.

Employer Policies. To the extent the Employer maintains an Employee Handbook or other operations manual relevant to conduct of its employees, Employer shall provide same to the Local Union’s Business Manager. Employees are thereafter subject to the Employer’s policies.
Employer Policies. To the extent that Solid Ground employment policies are not in conflict with this Agreement, they will be accepted as working policy. Where a conflict exists, the Agreement shall prevail. If a policy that relates to wages, benefits or working conditions is not covered in this contract, the Employer shall notify the Union in writing of the new policy or policy change. The Union will have two (2) weeks to respond. If the Union does not respond, the policy is implemented. If the Union wants to bargain over the policy, negotiations must be completed within four (4) weeks of the date the Union was notified, unless this period is extended by mutual agreement of the parties.
Employer Policies. To the extent that Senior Life Resources employment policies are not in conflict with the Agreement, they will be accepted as working policy. Where a conflict exists, the policies shall be negotiated with the Union prior to any implementation. The Union shall be provided a copy of any new or revised policies or procedures with respect to the bargaining unit twenty (20) working days prior to the time they are to be implemented. In the event the Union is not provided with the proposed policy changes, they shall have no effect upon the members of the bargaining unit. Following this notification, if the Union chooses to waive its right to bargain in writing or does not request bargaining on the changes, the changes will be fully implemented on the twenty-first (21) working day after the Union was provided with the copy of the new or revised policies or procedures. Any changes affecting wages, hours, benefits and working conditions of bargaining unit employees shall require good faith negotiations and notice as defined in this Agreement with the Union, unless the Union has waived bargaining.
