Common use of Employer Pledge Clause in Contracts

Employer Pledge. The Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights of members to become members of the Lodge; and the Employer shall not discriminate, interfere, or coerce any member because of Lodge membership or because of or regarding his or her activities as an officer or other representative of the Lodge.

Employer Pledge. The Employer agrees not to interfere with the rights right of members a member to become members and/or remain a Lodge member. There shall be no disparate treatment, interference, restraint or coercion by the Employer or any representative of the Lodge; and the Employer shall not discriminate, interfere, or coerce against any member because of Lodge membership or because of or regarding his or her activities as any lawful activity engaged in by a Lodge member in an officer or other representative official capacity on behalf of the Lodge.
