Employer Payments. (A) For Pension Fund are not less than 141/3% of the Exempted Salary or 12% of the Exempted Salary, if the Employer pays for his employee in addition, supplementary payments on behalf of the severance pay completion for a providence fund or Insurance Fund at the rate of 21/3% of the Exempted Salary. If the Employer does not pay in addition to the 12% also 21/3% as aforesaid, his payments will come in lieu of 72% of the severance pay of the employee only;

Employer Payments a. To a pension fund, payments that are not less than 14 1/3% of the Exempt Wage or 12% of the Exempt Wage if the employer pays for his employee payments in addition to supplement severance pay to the severance pay fund or to insurance fund in the name of employee at a rate of 2 1/3% of the Exempt Wage. If the employer does not pay in addition to 12% the 2 1/3% as above, the payments will be in lieu of only 72% of the employee's severance pay;
Employer Payments. It is agreed that in accord with the Employees Benefit Agreement of the National Electrical Benefit Fund ("NEBF"), as entered into between the National Electrical Contractors Association and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers on September 3, 1946, as amended, and now delineated as the Restated Employees Benefit Agreement and Trust, that unless authorized otherwise by the NEBF, the individual Employer will forward monthly to the NEBF's designated local collection agent an amount equal to 3% of the gross monthly labor payroll paid to, or accrued by, the employees in this bargaining unit, and a completed payroll report prescribed by the NEBF. The payment shall be made by check or draft and shall constitute a debt due and owing to the NEBF on the last day of each calendar month, which may be recovered by suit initiated by the NEBF or its assignee. The payment and the payroll report shall be mailed to reach the office of the appropriate local collection agent not later than fifteen (15) calendar days following the end of each calendar month. The individual Employer hereby accepts, and agrees to be bound by, the Restated Employees Benefit Agreement and Trust. An individual Employer who fails to remit as provided above shall be additionally subject to having his agreement terminated upon seventy-two (72) hours' notice in writing being served by the Union, provided the individual Employer fails to show satisfactory proof that the required payments have been paid to the appropriate local collection agent. The failure of an individual Employer to comply with the applicable provisions of the Restated Employees Benefit Agreement and Trust shall also constitute a breach of his labor agreement.

  • Employer Profit Sharing Contributions An Employee will be eligible to become a Participant in the Plan for purposes of receiving an allocation of any Employer Profit Sharing Contribution made pursuant to Section 11 of the Adoption Agreement after completing 1 (enter 0, 1, 2 or any fraction less than 2)

  • Termination Payments In the event of termination of the Executive’s employment during the Employment Period, all compensation and benefits set forth in this Agreement shall terminate except as specifically provided in this Section 8.

  • Company Payments In the event that this Agreement is terminated by Parent or the Company, as applicable, pursuant to Sections 7.1(d), 7.1(f) or 7.1(h), Company shall promptly, but in no event later than two days after the date of such termination, pay Parent a fee equal to $50 million in immediately available funds; provided, that in the case of a termination under Sections 7.1(d) or 7.1(h) prior to which no Triggering Event has occurred, (i) such payment shall be made only if (A) following the date of this Agreement and prior to the termination of this Agreement, a person has publicly announced a bona fide Acquisition Proposal and (B) within nine months following the termination of this Agreement either a Company Acquisition (as defined below) is consummated, or the Company enters into an agreement providing for a Company Acquisition and such Company Acquisition is later consummated with the person (or another person controlling, controlled by or under common control with, such person) with whom such agreement was entered into (regardless of when such consummation occurs if the Company has entered into such an agreement within such nine-month period) and (ii) such payment shall be made promptly, but in no event later than two days after the consummation of such Company Acquisition (regardless of when such consummation occurs if the Company has entered into such an agreement within such nine-month period). Company acknowledges that the agreements contained in this Section 7.3(b) are an integral part of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and that, without these agreements, Parent would not enter into this Agreement. Accordingly, if the Company fails to pay in a timely manner the amounts due pursuant to this Section 7.3(b), and, in order to obtain such payment, Parent makes a claim that results in a judgment against the Company for the amounts set forth in this Section 7.3(b), Company shall pay to Parent its reasonable costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) in connection with such suit, together with interest on the amounts set forth in this Section 7.3(b) at the prime rate of The Chase Manhattan Bank in effect on the date such payment was required to be made. Payment of the fees described in this Section 7.3(b) shall not be in lieu of damages incurred in the event of breach of this Agreement.

  • Catch-Up Contributions In the case of a Traditional IRA Owner who is age 50 or older by the close of the taxable year, the annual cash contribution limit is increased by $1,000 for any taxable year beginning in 2006 and years thereafter.

  • Deferred Compensation Account All Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits shall be credited to the Deferred Compensation Account of the Participant as provided in Section 8.
