Common use of Employer Grievance Clause in Contracts

Employer Grievance. The Employer may institute a grievance against the Union or Employees, in writing at step 2 of the Grievance Procedure, provided it is presented within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred.

Employer Grievance. The Employer may institute a grievance against the Union or Employees, Association in writing at step Step 2 of the Grievance Proceduregrievance procedure, provided it is presented within ten five (105) working days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have originated or occurred.
