Common use of Employer and Union Clause in Contracts

Employer and Union. Shall Acquaint New Employees At the time of hire new employees will be advised that a Collective Agreement is in effect and of the conditions of employment set out in the articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. A new employee shall be provided with the name, location and work telephone number of the xxxxxxx and an authorization form for Union Dues Check-off.
