Employees on unpaid leaves. For employees on extended non- paid approved sick leave the Employer shall continue the Employer's contributions to the state group health insurance premium for such period up to and including three months of such leave. For employees on industrial accident leave, the Employer shall continue the Employer's contribution to the state group health insurance premium for a period up to six months.
