Employees of the School. The School’s instructional and operational employees may continue working in the School during the time that the Sponsor operates the School, at the Sponsor’s option, but will not be considered Sponsor employees. Any existing employment contracts that any School personnel may have with the School may not be assumed or transferred to the Sponsor or any entity created by the Sponsor during the “assumption of operations” of the School by the Sponsor or that entity, unless the Sponsor or its entity agree otherwise. The entity employing such personnel shall be responsible for tax, salary, and benefit responsibilities. The Sponsor reserves the right to take any appropriate personnel action regarding the School’s employees.

The School shall be responsible for (a) the compensation and benefits payable and made available to the Instructors and Clinical Instructors, and (b) withholding any applicable federal and state taxes and other payroll deductions as required by law.

  • Employers 6.1.1 Every employer shall within one month from the date on which this Agreement comes into operation, if he has not already done so pursuant to any previous agreement, and every employer entering the Industry after that date shall within one month of commencement of operations by him, forward to the General Secretary of the Council a completed registration form in the form specified by the Council from time to time and a registration fee as prescribed in Addendum 1 of this Agreement.
