Employees of the Company. During the Restricted Period and thereafter for as long as the Executive shall remain an employee of or consultant to the Company, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit any employee or independent sales agent of the Company away from the Company or encourage any such employee or agent to leave such employment.
Employees of the Company. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, hire, solicit or encourage to leave the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates, any employee of the Company or its affiliates or hire any such employee who has left the employment of the Company or any of its affiliates within six (6) months of the termination of such employee's employment with the Company or any of its affiliates.
Employees of the Company. The Employee shall not, at any time (whether during the term of the Agreement or at any time thereafter), directly or indirectly, for or on behalf of any business enterprise other than the Company and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates, solicit any employee, distributor or any other affiliate of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to leave his or his employment with the Company or such subsidiary, or encourage any such person to leave such employment or relationship, without the prior written approval of the Company in each instance.
Employees of the Company. For one (1) year following the Termination Date, Executive shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, or cause others to solicit, for employment by any person or entity other than the Company, any employee of the Company or encourage any such employee to leave employment with the Company.

The Executive shall not, during the Term of his employment and for a period of one year thereafter, directly or indirectly, induce or attempt to induce any employee of the Company or its affiliates, to leave the Company or its affiliates or to render services for any other person, firm or corporation.

During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not hire or, directly or indirectly, initiate communications with, solicit, persuade, entice, induce or encourage any individual who is then or who has been within the preceding 12-month period, an employee or consultant of the Company to terminate employment with the Company or to become employed by, or enter into a contract or any other arrangement with, any other Person, and the Executive shall not approach any such employee or provider for any such purpose or authorize or knowingly approve the taking of any such actions by any other Person.
Employees of the Company. During the Restricted Period, Employee shall not directly or indirectly hire away or solicit to hire away from the Company any employee of the Company.
Employees of the Company. During the Restricted Period, the Executive shall not induce or attempt to influence any employee of the Company or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries to terminate such employee's employment.
Employees of the Company. Except as agreed to in writing by the Buyer and the Sellers, during the Restricted Period, the Sellers shall not, directly or indirectly, hire or solicit any Employee or encourage any such Employee to leave such employment.
