Employees of Lessee. The employees/ staff of the Lessee shall not be deemed or construed to be the employees of the DMRC. The Lessee understands and undertakes that its employees/ staff shall make no claim against the DMRC for any reasons whatsoever. Further, the Lessee also agrees that the DMRC shall not be liable for any accident/ injury or claims of the workers/ employees during the execution of the developmental works under this Agreement and the Lessee hereby indemnifies and undertakes to keep DMRC indemnified in respect of the same.

Employees of Lessee. All persons hired or whose compensation is paid by Lessee are employees of Lessee, and Lessee is responsible for payment of any required workmen’s compensation, unemployment insurance, social security and withholding taxes. Lessee, as employer, shall be responsible for all actions of said employees as the employer thereof.
Employees of Lessee. If directed by the Authority, the Lessee shall require its employees who may come in contact with the public on the Airport to wear a uniform or badge by which they may be known and distinguished as the employee of Lessee. The Lessee shall not employ or retain in its service, or permit to remain upon the Premises any person determined by the Authority in its sole discretion to be unfit for such employment or otherwise objectionable. The Lessee shall prohibit and restrain its agents, servants, and employees from any loud, noisy or persistent announcement of its services on or about the Premises or elsewhere at the Airport.
Employees of Lessee. Lessee shall not permit its employees, organizational members or participants to violate any of the terms and conditions of this lease agreement, nor to violate any law, rule or regulation of the Lessor with respect to the leased premises, or its related operations.
Employees of Lessee. Technicians, stagehand and other personnel, if employed by either party, each party is responsible for payment of workers compensation, unemployment insurance, social security, and withholding taxes.

  • EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR All work under this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner. The County may require, in writing, that the Contractor, remove from this contract any employee the County deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.

  • Employees on Leave Unit members who are granted Sick Leave Bank Days shall be considered to be in regular paid status during such leave.

Any remaining allocation may be used in subsequent long term supply assignments, provided these occur within the same fiscal year. Employees employed in a Long Term Supply Assignment which is less than the ordinary period of employment for the position shall have their sick leave and short term disability allocations pro-rated accordingly. Where the length of the long term supply assignment is not known in advance, a projected length must be determined at the start of the assignment in order for the appropriate allocation of sick leave/short term disability leave to occur. If a change is made to the length of the assignment, an adjustment will be made to the allocation and applied retroactively.

  • Types of Employment 11.1 Employment categories Employees under this agreement will be employed in one of the following categories:

  • Employees and Volunteers Insurance required of the Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees and volunteers. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that all employees and volunteers who use vehicles to transport clients or deliver services have personal automobile insurance and current driver’s licenses.

  • Employees Tools All employees shall present themselves for work with the following tools and shall maintain them in a safe and serviceable condition.
