Common use of Employees may be reimbursed for Clause in Contracts

Employees may be reimbursed for. (a) long distance calls of an official nature providing that an explanation is provided. Employees who must remain away from home over a weekend after being on continuous travel status for two or more days, are reimbursed for a personal long distance call of up to five minutes. This must be supported by receipts where available.
