Common use of Employees Covered Clause in Contracts

Employees Covered. This Agreement shall apply to all employees of the Individual Employers employed upon the work covered by this Agreement.

Employees Covered. This Agreement shall apply to and cover all employees persons employed by any of the Individual individual Employers employed upon the covered hereby who perform any type of work covered by this Agreement.
