Employees’ Complaints and Grievances. It is agreed that an employee has no grievance until he/she has given his/her immediate Facilities Services Supervisor/Maintenance Supervisor an opportunity to adjust his/her complaint. The aggrieved employee(s) will submit the grievance to his/her xxxxxxx. If the employee's xxxxxxx is absent, he/she may submit the grievance to the Chief Xxxxxxx and/or another member of the Grievance Committee. At each step of the grievance procedure, the grievor shall have the right to be present.

  • COMPLAINTS AND GRIEVANCES 22.01 It is the mutual desire of the parties to this Agreement that reasonable and legitimate complaints and grievances of employees shall be dealt with as quickly as possible.

A meeting will be held between the parties within ten (10) days. The Union shall reply within ten (10) days after the meeting, and failing settlement, the matter may be referred to arbitration.
