Employees and Conduct. The COUNTY shall undertake to perform all collection and disposal services rendered hereunder in a neat, orderly, and efficient manner; to use care and diligence in the performance of this Contract; to provide neat, orderly, and courteous personnel on its collection crews; and to provide courteous and knowledgeable personnel in its customer service function. The COUNTY should further conduct itself both in relations with the CITY and its residents in a personable, but professional manner. The COUNTY should also act in an ethical manner throughout the term of this Contract. All employees of the COUNTY shall be dressed in a neat, professional manner and shall carry official COUNTY identification. All drivers shall carry a valid Wisconsin state driver’s license for the class of vehicle operated.

The Contractor’s drivers and crew members shall be attired at all times in a neat, professional manner. All permanent collection employees shall be required to wear a work uniform. Said uniform shall include a shirt or jacket that clearly indicates that the employee is employed by the Contractor. The Village has the right to require or define what shall be considered suitable work clothes for collection employees. All vehicle operators shall carry valid Illinois State driver’s licenses for the class of vehicle operated. Vehicle operators shall obey all traffic regulations, including weight and speed limits.
Employees and Conduct. A. The Contractor shall use care and diligence in the performance of this Contract and shall perform all collection and disposal services required by this Contract in a neat, orderly, and efficient manner.

  • Consultants and Employees Bound Recipient agrees to disclose the Confidential Information to any agents, affiliates, directors, officers or any other employees (collectively, the “Employees”) solely on a need-to-know basis and represents that such Employees have signed appropriate non-disclosure agreements or taken appropriate measures imposing on such Employees a duty to third parties (1) to hold any third party proprietary information received by such Employees in the strictest confidence, (2) not to disclose such third party Confidential Information to any other third party, and (3) not to use such Confidential Information for the benefit of anyone other than to whom it belongs, without the prior express written authorization of the Company.

  • Conduct of Employees and Staff Contractor shall ensure that all of Contractor’s employees and Staff provided under the Contract shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Customer, including but not limited to Rule Chapter 33-208, Florida Administrative Code. The Contractor shall ensure that all Staff and employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress, as may be identified by the Customer.

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document. The Student agrees to abide by additional rules and regulations that are established or adopted by UCF DHRL once communicated to the Student.

  • Conduct of Employees and Invitees Company will, within reason, control the conduct, demeanor and appearance of its employees, invitees, and of those doing business with Company and, upon objection from Authority concerning the conduct, demeanor or appearance of any such persons, will immediately take all reasonable steps necessary to remove the cause of objection.

  • Employees and Subcontractors It is understood that, from time to time, it may become necessary for the Contractor to replace an individual working as an employee or subcontractor of the Contractor. All such removals or replacements shall be subject to Owner’s prior approval. Owner reserves the right to approve a replacement, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, or terminate the Work, either partially or in its entirety without further obligation to the Contractor thereunder other than to remit payment for the Work rendered up to the termination date. Contractor agrees that Owner may, at any time, with cause, require Contractor to remove an individual from the performance of the Work. An election by Owner of any of its rights under this Section 19 shall not affect the Contractor’s responsibilities, liabilities or warranties under this Agreement.

  • Employees and Volunteers Insurance required of the Contractor under the Contract shall include coverage for the acts and omissions of the Contractor’s employees and volunteers. In addition, the Contractor shall ensure that all employees and volunteers who use vehicles to transport clients or deliver services have personal automobile insurance and current driver’s licenses.

  • Employees and Employee Benefits (a) For a period beginning on the Closing Date and continuing thereafter for 12 months, subject to any contractual obligations that may apply, TopCo shall provide, or shall cause MSLO Surviving Corporation and its Subsidiaries to provide, employees of MSLO as of the Closing who continue employment with TopCo or any of its Subsidiaries, including MSLO Surviving Corporation, following the Closing (the “Continuing Employees”) with (i) wage or base salary levels (but not any short-term incentive compensation opportunities or other bonus plans (other than the commission sales plan set forth in Section 6.11(a) of the MSLO Disclosure Schedule)) that are not less than those in effect immediately prior to the Effective Time, and (ii) employee benefits (excluding equity-based compensation) that are comparable in the aggregate to either those in effect for such Continuing Employees immediately prior to the Effective Time or those provided to similarly-situated employees of Sequential from time-to-time, provided that, (x) until December 31, 2015, Topco and the MSLO Surviving Corporation agree to keep in effect all employee benefits (excluding equity-based compensation) that are applicable to employees of MSLO as of the date hereof and (y) notwithstanding the immediately preceding clause (x), until the one year anniversary of the Closing Date, TopCo and the MSLO Surviving Corporation agree to keep in effect all severance plans, practices and policies that are applicable to employees of MSLO as of the date hereof and set forth on Section 6.11(a) of the MSLO Disclosure Schedule. Nothing herein shall be deemed to limit the right of TopCo or any of their respective Affiliates to (A) terminate the employment of any Continuing Employee at any time, (B) change or modify the terms or conditions of employment for any Continuing Employee, or (C) change or modify any Sequential Benefit Plan, MSLO Benefit Plan or other employee benefit plan or arrangement in accordance with its terms.

  • Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment The term “terms and conditions of employment” means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits except retirement contributions or benefits, and the Board of Education’s personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees. The term is subject to the provisions of Section 179A of PELRA, as amended, regarding the rights of public employers and the scope of negotiations.
