Common use of Employees and Compensation Clause in Contracts

Employees and Compensation. (a) The Company has at all times complied in all material respects with all applicable Laws (including Laws related to wage and hour issues and classification of employees) relating to employment and employment practices in the jurisdictions within which they operate, including the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), and state fair employment practices laws.
