Employee Working Concurrently for More than One Employer. A regular employee who works concurrently in two (2) or more HEABC member health organizations, by prior arrangement between the Employers, shall receive the benefits provided by the Agreement that the employee would receive if the employee's total hours of work were accumulated with a single Employer.
