Employee Treatment. 1. Employees have a right to be treated with the common courtesy, respect, and consideration customary of any employer-employee relationship. Agency representatives will not threaten, intimidate, or retaliate against employees or use abusive or vulgar language in dealing with employees at any time. Employees, as well, will treat Agency representatives with common courtesy and respect and will not use abusive or vulgar language in their mutual dealings.
