EMPLOYEE TIME SHEETS. All employees shall be required to fill out their time record in accordance with the scheduled deadlines. Once the Time and Attendance system is in place, employees are required to use the Time, Attendance and Leave system in accordance with District procedures. No time record shall be changed without first consulting with the employee. Copies of the employee's time record shall be made available by the District for inspection on a workday by the employee or authorized Union representative upon eight (8) hours’ notice to the office where the records are maintained. An employee may obtain Union representation in the event a dispute arises in the proposed changes to the timecard or time sheet. Failure to meet scheduled deadlines may affect the employee’s pay.

EMPLOYEE TIME SHEETS. With respect to the provisions of Article of the Collective Agreement, the following shall apply: Company agrees that it will continue the existing time sheet system that will enable employees to retain a copy of their time sheets such time sheets to their supervisors. Employeesshall also continueto receive corrected time sheets as set out in Article A copy of each corrected time sheet shall be provided to the Union and such copy shall clearly delineate between part-time or temporary hours worked.   • Part-Time Employees (a) A part-time employee is an employee who is engaged to work less than an average of 38 ordinary hours per week and whose hours of work are reasonably predictable.

  • Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

  • Employee Status Reports Each pay period, the Employer will provide the Union a list of all employees in the bargaining units. The electronic list will be sent to WFSE headquarters. The report will contain:

  • Public Posting & Certified Payroll Records In compliance with Article 8, Section 220 of the New York State Labor Law:

  • Permanent Part-Time Employees (1) Pay and benefits will be computed on a prorated monthly or pay period basis, such as one-half (½) monthly or pay period pay for a half-time employee, or pay will be computed on an hourly basis, and pay and benefits will be normally prorated on a pay period, pay status basis. Permanent part-time employees in permanent full-time positions will be treated as permanent part-time for purposes of this Article.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.
