Employee Theft. We will pay for loss of or damage to money, securities and other property caused by theft by any employee of the covered party while acting alone or in collusion with others. The amount we pay is limited to that portion of loss exceeding the deductible shown on the Information Pages. We will then pay in excess of the deductible up to the limit shown for this coverage in the Information Pages.

Employee Theft. Taking ANYTHING (food and drink, clothing, tickets, money) that you haven’t paid for or that doesn’t belong to you or helping someone to do this is stealing. Any employee caught stealing will be terminated immediately and may be prosecuted by the City Attorney’s Office as well. Stealing is illegal and violates the trust and confidence that is placed in you as an employee of the City of Green Bay. If you are aware of any violations, please report them to your supervisor immediately. CASH HANDLING ACCOUNTABILITY All employees responsible for cash handling (from the concessionaire selling tickets and candy to the supervisor responsible for the daily bank deposit) will be held accountable for all funds collected. Discipline up to and including dismissal and prosecution may result from dishonesty and/or theft. TRAINING Each division will conduct training for its specific employees. One resource for this training is this Employee Manual. Employees are responsible for reading their manual, signing and completing the form inside indicating they have done so, then returning that form to their supervisor.
