Common use of Employee Termination Clause in Contracts

Employee Termination. The Employee may, subject to those terms hereof which shall survive the termination hereof, terminate this Agreement and the Employee’s employment hereunder at any time upon 21 days notice in writing to the Company.

Employee Termination. Employee Termination. (a) Employee may terminate his employment hereunder by providing the Company with thirty (30) days written notice of his intention to resign. If Employee terminates his employment under this Section he shall have no right to receive any time upon 21 days notice in writing to the Companyfurther compensation or benefits, if any, under this Agreement.
