Employee Statistics. The Labor Relations Unit and the Agency will, upon request of the Union, provide any regularly produced computer runs containing nonconfidential statistics of the Union's bargaining unit members. This will include one (1) printout annually showing names and addresses of all bargaining unit employees and monthly information currently furnished. Any costs incurred in compiling and photocopying these statistical reports under this Agreement shall be billed to the Local Union making the request.

Employee Statistics. Section 1. Weekly New Hire List. DAS will provide the Association an electronic list (in a format acceptable to the Association) of new hires represented by AEE, or employees moved into AEE represented positions, for each Agency on a weekly basis. This list will include at least the following information: name, hire date, work location, salary, job classification, work and personal email addresses if known, home or personal mailing address, and phone numbers (work, home and cellular if known) for all new employees.

  • Employee Safety A. Any employee who is injured or who is involved in an accident during the course of his/her employment, no matter how slight the injury, shall file an accident report with the designated supervisor, as soon as possible after the injury and prior to the conclusion of the employee's work day, whenever possible.   • Employee Assistance Plan The Board shall make available to eligible employees and their eligible family members, at no cost, an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). All personal treatment records generated as a result of an eligible individual’s utilization of the EAP shall be maintained by the service provider and shall not be shared with the Board unless otherwise authorized by the eligible employee or the covered dependent, or by operation of applicable law. The contact person for the EAP services to be made available under this Agreement shall not be employed by the Board of Education.

  • Employee Assistance Program A. The State recognizes that alcohol, nicotine, drug abuse, and stress may adversely affect job performance and are treatable conditions. As a means of correcting job performance problems, the State may offer referral to treatment for alcohol, nicotine, drug, and stress related problems such as marital, family, emotional, financial, medical, legal, or other personal problems. The intent of this section is to assist an employee's voluntary efforts to treat alcoholism, nicotine use, or a drug-related or a stress-related problem.

  • Employee Assistance Programs Consistent with the University's Employee Assistance Program, employees participating in an employee assistance program who receive a notice of layoff may continue to participate in that program for a period of ninety (90) days following the layoff.
