Employee Showers and Locker Facilities. Developer shall provide one (1) unisex shower and lockers as shown on the Project Plans but no less than one (1) clothes locker per seventy-five percent (75%) of the actually provided long- term secure employee bicycle parking for employees of commercial uses on site who bicycle or use another active means, powered by human propulsion, of getting to work or who exercise during the work day. Lockers shall be distributed with priority given to those who utilize active commutes.
