Employee Showers and Locker Facilities. Developer shall provide one (1) unisex shower and lockers as shown on the Project Plans but no less than one (1) clothes locker per seventy-five percent (75%) of the actually provided long- term secure employee bicycle parking for employees of commercial uses on site who bicycle or use another active means, powered by human propulsion, of getting to work or who exercise during the work day. Lockers shall be distributed with priority given to those who utilize active commutes.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. Space shall not be used for a storage area or any other purpose that would make it unavailable for immediate use in rendering first aid care.
