Employee Seniority List. Upon the signing of this Collective Agreement, the Employer will furnish the Union office and chairperson with a copy of the employee’s seniority list and a revised copy will be supplied April 15th (to include up to March 31st) and October 15th (to include up to September 30th) of each year.

Such list shall be deemed to be final and not subject to objection unless an objection as to the accuracy of the list is made within ten (10) calendar days from the date the list was so furnished to the Union. At the same time as the seniority list is provided, the employer shall provide the Union with the current list of employee’s names, addresses and telephone numbers.

  • CASUAL SENIORITY EMPLOYEE LIST On or before September 1, 2016, School Boards shall establish a seniority list for casual/temporary employees, where a list does not currently exist.
