Employee Security Clearance. Security clearances for Contractor employees, including Subcontractor employees, may require Confidential, Secret, Top Secret, Agency-Specific Clearances, and/or Special Background Investigations for Sensitive Compartmented Information or Special Access Programs. In such cases, the Contractor, at its own expense, is responsible for providing and maintaining personnel with the appropriate security clearances to ensure compliance with Government security regulations, as specified in the individual task order. The Contractor shall fully cooperate on all security checks and investigations by furnishing requested information to verify the Contractor employee's trustworthiness and suitability for the position. Task orders containing classified work may also include a Contract Security Classification Specification, (i.e., DD Form 254 or civilian agency equivalent). The Government has full and complete control over granting, denying, withholding or terminating security clearances for employees. The granting of a clearance shall not prevent, preclude, or bar the withdrawal or termination of any such clearance by the Government.

  • Contractor Security Clearance Customers may designate certain duties and/or positions as positions of “special trust” because they involve special trust responsibilities, are located in sensitive locations, or have key capabilities with access to sensitive or confidential information. The designation of a special trust position or duties is at the sole discretion of the Customer. Contractor or Contractor’s employees and Staff who, in the performance of this Contract, will be assigned to work in positions determined by the Customer to be positions of special trust, may be required to submit to background screening and be approved by the Customer to work on this Contract.

  • Security Clearances A. The General Contractor is to supply the Department of Corrections with full names, dates of birth, and social security numbers of all employees who will be on site. This information must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to access to the site. The Department of Corrections has final word on who will be permitted access to the site. A form for this purpose is attached for your use.

  • Facility Security Clearance (FSC) The Contractor shall maintain or exceed their FSC and submit updates, if applicable

  • SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS ‌ The OCO must tailor security requirements (both facility and employee), clauses, provisions, and other applicable terms and conditions specific to each task order’s solicitation and award. Only those Contractors that meet the required security clearance levels on individual task order solicitations are eligible to compete for such task orders. In general, all necessary facility and employee security clearances shall be at the expense of the Contractor. In some cases, Government offices that conduct background investigations do not have a means for accepting direct compensation from Contractors and instead charge customer agencies for the background investigations. In these cases, the Contractor shall be flexible in establishing ways of reimbursing the Government for these expenses. The individual task order should specify the terms and conditions for reimbursement, if any, for obtaining security clearances. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements in task orders awarded under XXXXX.

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and XXX shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or Dual Enrollment options for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommendations activities to support the transition.

  • Use, Security, and Retention Local Agency shall use, hold and maintain State Confidential Information in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations in facilities located within the United States, and shall maintain a secure environment that ensures confidentiality of all State Confidential Information wherever located. Local Agency shall provide the State with access, subject to Local Agency’s reasonable security requirements, for purposes of inspecting and monitoring access and use of State Confidential Information and evaluating security control effectiveness. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Local Agency shall return State Records provided to Local Agency or destroy such State Records and certify to the State that it has done so, as directed by the State. If Local Agency is prevented by law or regulation from returning or destroying State Confidential Information, Local Agency warrants it will guarantee the confidentiality of, and cease to use, such State Confidential Information.

  • Performance Security If our Tender is accepted, we commit to obtain a performance security in accordance with the Tendering document;
