The members of the Union’s bargaining committee who are scheduled to work a tour of duty during collective bargaining negotiations shall be granted a leave of absence without loss of pay or benefits for all meetings between the Employer, its agents or representatives, and the Union for the purpose of negotiating the terms of the contract or any supplements thereto.
