Common use of Employee Request Clause in Contracts

Employee Request. Upon the request of a supervisor who is absent from work as a result of a compensable injury under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act, the School District will pay the difference between the compensation received pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act by the supervisor and the supervisor's regular rate of pay to the extent of the supervisor's earned accrual of sick leave and/or vacation pay.
