Employee Representatives’ Training Courses. (a) Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to employees appointed as Employee representatives by the Institute, to undertake training sponsored by the Institute related to the duties of an Employee representative.

Employee Representatives’ Training Courses. (a) Where operational requirements permit, NAV CANADA will grant leave without pay to employee representatives employed by NAV CANADA to undertake training sponsored by the Institute related to the duties of a Xxxxxxx.
Employee Representatives’ Training Courses. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to employees appointed as Employee Representatives by the Council to undertake training sponsored by the Council related to the duties of an Employee Representative. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay to employees appointed as Employee Representatives by the Council to attend training sessions concerning Employer-employee relations sponsored by the Employer.

  • Representatives’ Training Courses Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to employees who exercise the authority of a representative on behalf of the Institute to undertake training related to the duties of a representative.

  • EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVES 13.01 The Employer acknowledges the right of the Alliance to appoint or otherwise select employees as representatives.

  • Training Courses 16.3.1 Training courses will be as described in the Seller’s customer services catalog (the “Seller’s Customer Services Catalog”). The Seller’s Customer Services Catalog also sets forth the minimum and maximum number of trainees per course. All training requests or training course changes made outside of the scope of the Training Conference will be submitted by the Buyer with a minimum of ***** prior notice.

  • Grievance Representatives Within 30 working days after the execution of this Agreement, the Union shall furnish the Xxxxxxx with a list of all persons authorized to act as the Chapter and UPI Local Grievance Representatives and shall update the list as changes occur. The designated Chapter Grievance Representative shall be an employee of the University and shall have the responsibility to meet classes, office hours, and other assigned duties and responsibilities. If the responsibilities of the Chapter Grievance Representative require rescheduling of the representative's University duties, the representative may, with the approval of the Xxxxxxx, arrange for the rescheduling of such duties or their coverage by colleagues. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The provisions of Article 15.4. shall also apply to the UPI Local Grievance Representative if he or she is an employee of the University.
