Employee Removal. At District’s request, Contractor shall immediately remove any Contractor employee from all District properties in cases where the District in its sole discretion determines that removal of that employee is in the District’s best interests.

Whenever a permittee becomes aware that any employee working at an on-site location under a University contract becomes an unacceptable risk to the University; the permitee shall immediately remove that employee from the site, notify the University that such a removal has taken place, and replace them with a qualified substitute. If the approval of the University was initially required for the removed employee, University approval is required for the replacement employee.

Substance abuse includes the sale, attempted sale, possession, or use of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or alcohol, or the misuse of prescription or non-prescription drugs.

District reserves the right to enter into other agreements for services additional or related to the subject matter of this Agreement, and Provider agrees to cooperate fully with these other Providers and with the District. When requested by District, Provider shall coordinate its performance under this Agreement with such additional or related service providers. Provider shall not interfere with the work performance of any other service provider or District employee.

At District’s request, Consultant shall immediately remove any Personnel from all District properties in cases where District determines in its sole discretion that removal of a Consultant or subconsultant employee or representative is in District’s best interests. Hours of Labor. As required by ORS 279C.520 and 279C.540, for Consultant’s employees subject to Oregon employment laws: Maximum Hours. Employees shall be paid at least time and a half for all overtime worked in excess of 40 hours in any one week and for work performed on Saturdays, Sundays, New Year's Day (Jan. 1), Memorial Day (last Monday in May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (first Monday in September), Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November), and Christmas Day (December 25).
