Employee Relations Committee. 25.01 The Board and the Bargaining Unit agree to maintain an Employee Relations Committee which will meet monthly if required or at times to be mutually agreed upon to discuss matters of mutual interest. Agenda items will be provided by either party at least three (3) working days prior to the scheduled meeting.
