Employee Referral Program. At its sole discretion, the Employer may from time to time elect to establish an “Employee Referral Program” with financial incentives to encourage current employees to refer candidates for employment in city jobs. Incentives will be in the form of one-time payments. All eligible employees may participate in such a program and receive incentives under the same terms and conditions. If an Employee Referral program is established, the Employer will provide the Union with at least two week’s written notice of the following information: • Eligibility criteria for participation. • Referral criteria. • Time frame the program is to be effective. • Amount and nature of the incentive, criteria for payment, frequency of payment and actions necessary for employees to qualify.

Employee Referral Program. The Employer agrees to pay one hundred percent (100%) of the cost of fees for service for the Employee and Family Referral Program in accordance with Memorandum of Understanding #2.
Employee Referral Program. In support of the recruitment and successful hiring of Police Officers for the Sioux Falls Police Department, the City encourages employees to recruit and refer quality candidates for the role of Police Officer through an Employee Referral Program. Employees represented under this labor agreement may refer individuals to participate in the hiring process for the role of Police Officer and receive a $500 referral incentive payment in compliance with program rules.
Employee Referral Program. As part of a comprehensive recruitment strategy, it is the policy of Teton County to encourage its own employees to assist with the recruitment of new employees for hard-to-fill jobs with special skills requirements. A referral bonus is only used in extraordinary circumstances where there is a need to fill a position and usual recruitment methods are demonstrated to be unsatisfactory. Human Resources will use the following factors in determining whether a referral bonus is appropriate:

The Referrer has the right to receive a commission for the dedicated WeWork membership space ("Dedicated Space" including dedicated desks, private offices, but excluding Hot Desks, China/Regional Pass, or other specified WeWork space). No commission under the Terms of Service is available for introducing WeWork Hot Desks to Potential Members. The specific commission amount shall be determined based on the commission standard specified in Annex B hereinafter.
