Common use of Employee Records Clause in Contracts

Employee Records. The School shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining personnel records for its employees in compliance with all applicable District policies/regulations, and applicable federal and state laws, concerning the maintenance, retention and disclosure of employee records, including but not limited to the requirements of the Colorado Open Records Act, §§ 00-00-000 et seq.

Employee Records. ‌ The School shall be responsible for establishing and maintaining personnel records for its employees in compliance with all applicable District policies/regulations, and applicable federal and state laws, concerning the maintenance, retention and disclosure of employee records, including but not limited to the requirements of the Colorado Open Records Act, §§ 00-00-000 et seq.

The School shall provide to the District the employee identification data necessary for the payroll process and state reporting.

The School shall provide to the District the employee identification data necessary for State reporting.
