Employee Purchases. Items purchased on Ferno accounts for staff personal use must be approved before proceeding. All staff must seek written permission, just an email is fine, and for any personal purchases they would like to make using our suppliers or their company credit cards. Our approval or otherwise will then be sent back to them and copied to accounts who will arrange an invoice for the goods. After approval and purchasing the receipt must be passed to accounts. The account must be paid within 30 days. If a personal purchase is made using the company issued credits cards without prior approval for any reason, approval must be requested as soon as possible following the use of the credit card. (There are instances where this will happen at night or on weekends or similar occasions but written approvals but be obtained).

  • Participation in Employee Benefit Plans The Executive shall be permitted during the Term, if and to the extent eligible, to participate in any group life, hospitalization or disability insurance plan, health program, or any pension plan or similar benefit plan of the Company, which is available generally to other senior executives of the Company.
