Employee Premium Cost Sharing. Beginning January 1, 2022, the County shall pay eighty-six percent (86%) of the monthly premium cost of the employeessingle coverage and the employee shall pay fourteen per cent (14%) at a cost of $130.00 per month. Beginning January 1, 2023, the County shall pay the same proportion of the monthly premium cost of the employees’ single coverage and the employee shall pay up to but no more than $146.00 per month. Beginning January 1, 2024, the County shall pay the same proportion of the monthly premium cost of the employees’ single coverage and the employee shall pay up to but no more than $158.00 per month.

  • Cost Sharing a) With respect to the funding in C6.1a), should there be an amount of employee co-pay, the Trust shall advise boards what that amount shall be. Unless advised otherwise, there will be no deductions upon the Participation Date.

  • Training Premium Qualified Operators selected by the Employer to train new Operators shall be paid a training premium of 40¢ per hour while engaged in training work.
