Employee Positions. The Owners shall use their good faith and commercially reasonable efforts to cause and/or facilitate the creation at the Project Site of, cumulatively, (i) approximately 250 to 350 full-time permanent employee positions with a total annual payroll of approximately $13,000,000 to $21,000,000, (ii) 0 full-time temporary employee positions, (iii) 0 part-time permanent employee positions and (iv) 0 part-time temporary employee positions. Hiring of such employees is estimated to commence in approximately 2023 and to continue incrementally over the succeeding three to five years, with approximately 50 to 100 employees, cumulatively, to be added each year. Currently, the Owners have no employees at the Project Site. The approximate number of employee positions of the Company in Ohio at locations other than the Project Site as of the date of execution of this Agreement is 0 full-time permanent employee positions, 0 part- time permanent employee positions, 0 full-time temporary employee positions, and 0 part-time temporary employee positions. The estimates provided in this Section 4 are good faith estimates provided pursuant to R.C. Section 3735.671(B) and shall not be construed in a manner that would limit the amount or term of the tax exemptions provided in this Agreement. The parties recognize that the employment and payroll estimates associated with the Project may increase or decrease. The parties also recognize that it is anticipated that all employees at the Project Site will be hired by Owners other than the Company, or by lessees of Owners.

The approximate number of employee positions of the Company in Ohio at locations other than the Project Site as of the date of execution of this Agreement is 0 full-time permanent employee positions, 0 part-time permanent employee positions, 0 full-time temporary employee positions, and 0 part-time temporary employee positions. Hiring of such employees is estimated to commence in 2021 and to continue incrementally over the succeeding 10-20 years. Currently, the Owners have O employees at the Project Site; therefore, no employee positions will be retained by the Owners in connection with the Project. The Developer has O employees in Ohio. The estimates provided in this Section 4 are good faith estimates provided pursuant to R.C. Section 3735.67l(B)and shall not be construed in a manner that would limit the amount or term of the tax exemptions provided in this Agreement. The parties recognize that the employment and payroll estimates associated with the Project may increase or decrease. The parties also recognize that it is anticipated that all employees at the Project Site will be hired by Owners other than the Developer.
Employee Positions. The Company estimates that there will be created at the Project Site in one or more phases, cumulatively, approximately 100 to 150 full-time permanent employee positions with an aggregate annual payroll of approximately $3,500,000 to $5,200,000 upon full build-out of the Project and 0 part-time or temporary positions. Hiring of such employees is estimated to commence in 2023 and to continue incrementally over the succeeding fifteen years or longer. Currently, the Company has 0 employees at the Project Site; therefore, no employee positions will be retained by the Company in connection with the Project. The Company has approximately [4,441 full-time permanent, 113 part-time permanent, 25 part-time temporary and 0 full-time temporary] employees in Ohio. The estimates provided in this section are good faith estimates provided pursuant to R.C. Section 3735.671(B) and shall not be construed in a manner that would limit the amount or term of the tax exemptions provided in this Agreement. The Parties recognize that the employment and payroll estimates associated with the Project may increase or decrease.
Employee Positions. The Company, its contractors, and/or its Affiliates, successors, or assigns agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to hire approximately thirty-five (35) new employees with a total annualized compensation of approximately two million four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($2,450,000) based at the Project Site. The Company expects to begin hiring in 2025 and to maintain personnel at the Project Site for the life of the Project. Currently, the Company has no employees at the Project Site. The number of positions of the Company in Ohio at locations other than the Project Site as of October 19, 2019 is two hundred and twenty-four (224) full-time employees. The parties recognize that the employment and payroll estimates associated with the Project may increase or decrease. The City agrees that the Company will not be deemed to be in Material Breach of its obligations under this Section if the Company, its contractors, and/or it Affiliates, successors, or assigns (a) employ at least twenty-five (25) people based at the Project Site as of the Measurement Date; and (b) pay the employees based at the Project Site annual compensation of at least two million dollars ($2,000,000) during the 12-month period ending with the Measurement Date.

Related to Employee Positions

  • New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:

  • Employee Travel Employee travel, including but not limited to, travel for training, overnight travel, portal-to-portal, etc. will be covered by the applicable Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules and regulations.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s).   • EMPLOYEE WORK YEAR A. In-School Work Year

  • Positions outside the Bargaining Unit (a) An employee may substitute temporarily in a position outside the bargaining unit for up to fifteen (15) months from the date of the assignment. Bargaining unit employees shall be given the first opportunity to fill the resulting vacancy. The employee shall have the right to return to her or his bargaining unit position prior to the expiry of the fifteen (15) month period by giving the Employer six (6) weeks’ notice. Where an employee is backfilling outside of the bargaining unit for purposes of pregnancy and/or parental leave, the period of time will be extended up to nineteen (19) months from the date of the assignment. An employee who remains outside of the bargaining unit beyond the period covered by this article shall lose all seniority. When the employee returns to the bargaining unit, all other employee(s) shall revert to their previous positions. An employee must remain in the bargaining unit for a period of at least three (3) months before transferring out of the bargaining unit again or she or he will lose all seniority held at the time of the subsequent transfer unless the parties agree otherwise.
