Common use of Employee Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Employee Policies and Procedures. Schedule 3.35(e) contains a complete and accurate list of all employee manuals, policies, procedures and work-related rules (the "Employee Policies and Procedures") that apply to employees of Target. Target has provided Parent a copy of all written Employee Policies and Procedures. Each of the Employee Policies and Procedures can be amended or terminated at will by Target, except as prohibited by law.
