Employee Policies. You shall be entitled to and shall abide by all applicable employment and personnel policies in effect from time to time.
Employee Policies. Schedule 2.12 of the Wellsford Disclosure Letter lists the employee handbooks of Wellsford and each of the Wellsford Subsidiaries currently in effect. A copy of each such employee handbook has previously been made available to EQR. Except as set forth in Schedule 2.12 of the Wellsford Disclosure Letter, such handbooks fairly and accurately summarize all material employee policies, vacation policies and payroll practices of Wellsford and the Wellsford Subsidiaries.
Employee Policies. The School shall adopt and implement personnel policies in accordance with state and federal law to address, among other topics, hiring and termination of personnel, terms of employment and compensation. All employee discipline decisions will be made by the School. Terms of the employment relationship are described in the Employee Handbook submitted in accordance with the CSI online compliance calendar (or its replacement). The Handbook may be amended or revised at the discretion of the School, with a copy of the amended or revised Handbook provided to the Institute.
Employee Policies. The Bank recognizes that Employee’s position and duties are unique, and differ substantially from any other employee of the Bank. As a result, the employee policies of the Bank will not generally be applicable to Employee unless expressly provided by the Board. If a conflict arises between the employee policies of the Bank and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement will control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly agreed by the parties that the Bank’s policies, as they exist from time to time, regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Sexual Harassment shall at all times be applicable to Employee.

Employee Policies. The Executive shall be subject to Comdial's standard employee policies applicable generally to employees holding similar positions and having similar responsibilities. The Executive agrees to execute, at the Effective Time, such standard forms and documents as any employee of similar rank would sign and execute, acknowledging receipt of copies of Comdial's standard employee policies.

Employee Policies. Each employee plan or arrangement of EQR is in material compliance with ERISA, to the extent subject to ERISA, and any other applicable law governing such employee plan or arrangement.
