EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL FILES. 1. An employee, or an MEA representative with the written consent of the employee, may inspect the employee’s personnel files. The request to inspect files shall be granted at a time that is convenient to both Management and the employee. The inspection shall be made in the presence of an appropriate supervisor.
