EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL. It is agreed that current active London employees may review their personnel file held in the Human Resources department. Such request for review must be done in advance of scheduling an appointment at a time that is mutually satisfactory. A Human Resource representative must be present during the review of the personnel file. Documents may not be removed or photo copied by the employee reviewing such nor will copies be provided of any documents contained in an individual’s personnel file. Discipline in the file which should be removed per Article will be removed when brought to the attention of the Human Resource Manager.   • Employee Personnel File A copy of any formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign Management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only. Subject to giving the Employer advance notice, employees shall have access to their personnel file as soon as practicable within seven (7) days of a request.

  • Employee Personnel Files 1. There shall be only two files established for maintenance of employee performance and discipline records. The official personnel file, secured at the SPS office and the working building/program file secured at the building/program.

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.
