Common use of Employee Parking Clause in Contracts

Employee Parking. The surface of parking spaces provided for employees by the Commission will be maintained in a satisfactory condition. Where space permits, employee parking will be provided in the plans for future maintenance and operating sites. Employee parking will not be permitted at any present subway station (except Xxxxxxxx Xxxx and Xxxxxx Stations). If in the future any space becomes available similar to Xxxxxxxx Xxxx and Warden one parking space will be made available for Subway Collectors at these locations.
