Employee Parking. It is understood that the employees of Tenant and the other tenants of Landlord within the Building shall not be permitted to park their automobiles in the portions of the automobile parking area which may from time to time be reasonably designated for visitors to the Building and that Landlord shall at all times have the right to establish reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations for employee parking. Landlord shall furnish, for employees of Tenant, either within the automobile parking area, or reasonably close thereto, free of charge, the number of parking spaces designated in paragraph 1.04.
