Employee Organization Executive Council Meetings, Congress and Conventions. Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to a reasonable number of employees to attend Executive Council meetings and conventions of the Alliance and the Canadian Labour Congress, meetings of the Board of Directors of the Alliance, the Yukon Employees Union Component convention, the Yukon Federation of Labour convention, and Yukon Employees Union Component Executive meetings of an urgent nature. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
