Common use of Employee Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Employee Non-Solicitation. During the term of Executive's employment by Employer and for two (2) years after his termination, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, on his behalf or on behalf of others, solicit for employment or hire, or attempt to solicit for employment or hire, any employee of Employer or anyone who was an employee of Employer at any time during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of Executive's termination with whom Executive had contact in the course of his employment by Employer.

Employee Non-Solicitation. During the term of Executive's employment by Employer and for two (2) years after his Executive's termination, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, on his her behalf or on behalf of others, solicit for employment or hire, or attempt to solicit for employment or hire, any employee of Employer with whom Executive had regular contact in the course of her employment or anyone who was an any employee of Employer at any time during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of Executive's termination with whom facility where Executive had contact in the course of his employment by performed services for Employer.

Employee Non-Solicitation. During the term of Executive's ’s employment by Employer and for two one (21) years year after his Executive’s termination, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, on his or her behalf or on behalf of others, solicit for employment or hireemployment, or attempt to solicit for employment or hireemployment, any employee of Employer or anyone who was an employee of Employer at any time during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date of Executive's termination with whom Executive had regular contact in the course of his or her employment by or any employee of Employer at any facility where Executive performed services for Employer.
