Project Employment 1. The Employer may appoint employees into project positions for which employment is contingent upon state, federal, local, grant, or other special funding of specific and of time-limited duration. The Employer will notify the employees, in writing, of the expected ending date of the project employment.
Employee Travel Employee travel, including but not limited to, travel for training, overnight travel, portal-to-portal, etc. will be covered by the applicable Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules and regulations.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT a) All employees shall be initially engaged upon a three month probationary period. Either party may terminate this probationary period with one week’s notice.
Employee Workload The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).
Contract Employee Check this option when the Department requires a renewal or other amendment to the performance of a Contract Employee.
