EMPLOYEE MOBILITY. To cater for Crêco’s future changing needs or to improve a Champ's employment prospects or opportunities within the company, a Champ may be required to work in an alternative store to the store that they were originally employed in.   • Project Employment 1. The Employer may appoint employees into project positions for which employment is contingent upon state, federal, local, grant, or other special funding of specific and of time-limited duration. The Employer will notify the employees, in writing, of the expected ending date of the project employment.

  • Employee Travel Employee travel, including but not limited to, travel for training, overnight travel, portal-to-portal, etc. will be covered by the applicable Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) rules and regulations.

  • EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT a) All employees shall be initially engaged upon a three month probationary period. Either party may terminate this probationary period with one week’s notice.

  • Employee Workload ‌ The Employer shall ensure that an employee’s workload is not unsafe as a result of employee absence(s). Employees may refer safety related workload concerns to the Occupational Health and Safety Committee for investigation under Article 22.3 (Occupational Health and Safety Committee).

  • Contract Employee Check this option when the Department requires a renewal or other amendment to the performance of a Contract Employee.
