Employee Involvement. No evaluation will be complete for filing until the employee has reviewed the evaluation and has had an opportunity to meet with the evaluator, discuss the evaluation, and respond in writing within ten (10) work days.
Employee Involvement. A. Employees that produce the products and/or services of an organization, have an untapped value. That value is the knowledge, experience, insight and motivation which should be called upon in the normal course of business. Decision making, problem solving and overall performance will be greatly enhanced by involving employees in the decision making process. Employees have a right to participate in making decisions which affect them. Failure to allow them to participate, results in frustration and alienation. On the other hand, involvement provides an opportunity for greater job satisfaction and self esteem. The business goals of both the Company and the Union will be achieved more completely with a well designed and jointly administered process of employee involvement.
B. The primary objectives of a jointly administered employee involvement process are:
(1) To provide an opportunity for employees to be involved in making decisions which affect them.
(2) To develop and maintain an effective and meaningful process for joint problem solving at all levels of the organization.
(3) To fully support the commitment to employee involvement by allocating the resources required to design, establish and maintain the process.
(4) To create a working relationship based on mutual trust and respect, achieved through common goals, shared responsibility, open communications and a high level of cooperation.
C. Company and Union representatives will jointly participate in training. Additional training specific to an individual or team’s needs will be provided where applicable.
Employee Involvement. The Employer shall recognize two representatives of the Banquet to verify Service Charge in cooperation with the Employer. The Union shall advise the Employer of the names of the representatives. The Employer shall ensure that all prices and Services Charges are posted. The Employer shall recognize a representative of the Banquet Department to verify it. The Union shall advise the Employer of the name of the representative.

All effort to study and improve the quality of the instructional program in the schools must occur within the framework provided by state laws and regulations, Board policies and actions, the collective bargaining agreement, and administrative procedures and directives. Within this context, each school and department shall develop a process for school improvement that truly engages teachers, support staff and where appropriate, patrons/students of the particular program in defining problems and opportunities, brain–storming alternatives, gathering and analyzing data, proposing and evaluating solutions, and making decisions with respect to the design and delivery of the instructional program in that school or department.

The Company, the Union and the Company's employees agree to the importance of Team Work and Continuous Improvement as being critical factors to our future success in the marketplace. In this spirit, the Company, the Union and the Company's employees will continue to work cooperatively to make improvements in areas including, but not limited to, safety, productivity, quality, elimination of waste (material, scrap, operating supplies, energy, etc.) and cost reduction and to otherwise provide overall superior customer service and satisfaction.

The College and the Union are in agreement regarding the importance of cooperation and involvement of all employees in supporting the program and overall goals of the College. The College is committed to the use of all resources including employee input in various aspects of the operations and planning and development of the College and its programs. Significant changes and new developments which will impact the College will be shared with employees.
B. It is anticipated that instructors will appropriately participate in their respective program advisory committee. Instructors will receive the meeting notices and agendas which are sent to committee members. Adjunct faculty who are invited by the program xxxx will be compensated for their attendance at the non-instructional rate of pay.
Employee Involvement. Employees covered by this Agreement are committed to the principle of working jointly with managers to bring about workplace improvements. An appropriate forum will be established to provide for joint discussion to pursue this objective.
