Employee Information Listing. Once each quarter, during the term of this Memorandum, the County shall provide OCEA with a listing of all current employees in this Unit. Such file shall include employee name, job classification, agency/department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. The County shall also provide OCEA with any other information needed pursuant to Article XX, Section 3. OCEA agrees to pay all costs necessary to providing such lists.

Such file shall include employee name, job classification, department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. The Superior Court shall also provide OCEA with any other information needed pursuant to Article XVII, Section 3. OCEA agrees to pay all costs necessary to providing such lists.
Employee Information Listing. Upon request, to a maximum of two (2) times per fiscal year during the term of this Memorandum of Understanding, the County shall provide ACLEM with a complete and current listing of all employees in the Units represented by ACLEM. Such listings shall include employee name, job classification, department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. XXXXX agrees to pay one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per page to offset the cost of providing such listings.

Such listings shall include employee name, job classification, agency/department, timekeeping location, salary, and such other information that may be needed pursuant to Article XVI, Section 2.
Employee Information Listing. During the term of this Agreement, the County shall provide to Teamsters Local 952, every thirty (30) calendar days, and at no cost to the Teamsters, a digital file containing the following information for all bargaining unit members:
a. Full Name
b. Title/Classification
c. Department and Unit
d. Home Address
e. Home and Cell phone numbers, if documented in the personnel record.
f. Personal email addresses, if documented in the personnel record.
g. Work location as documented in the personnel records.
h. County Date of Hire
i. County Service Hours
j. Employee ID number
Employee Information Listing. A. The Authority shall provide the Association once every 120 days with a complete and current listing of all employees in the Fire Management Unit. Such listings shall include employee name, job classification, section, base hourly rate, hire date, personal email and phone number contacts. However, employees can opt-out of providing their personal email and phone numbers to the Association.
Employee Information Listing. Upon request, the County shall provide OCAA with a complete and current listing of all employees in this Unit on a quarterly basis. Such listings shall include employee name, job classification, department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. XXXX agrees to pay all costs necessary to providing such lists. The County shall provide OCAA with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home, and personal telephone numbers, personal email addresses on file with the employer, and home address of any newly hired employee within 30 days of the date of hire or by the first pay period of the month following hire. Additionally, the County shall also provide OCAA with a list of that information for all employees in the bargaining unit at least every 120 days or more frequently if that is more convenient for the County. The information identified in this section shall be provided to the exclusive representative regardless of whether the newly hired public employee was previously employed by the public employer or whether or not the employee wishes to be a member of OCAA, unless the employee has asked in writing that the information not be disclosed.

Upon request, to a maximum of two (2) times per fiscal year, or after an Academy graduation or agency transition, the Authority will provide the Association with a complete and current listing of all employees in the Firefighter Unit. Such listings shall include employee name, job classification, timekeeping location, salary range, and step. The Association agrees the addresses are released solely for the purposes of performing official Association business and shall only be used by officers, employees, and agents of the Association in the performance of their official duties.
B. The Authority will not provide the home addresses of employees assigned as arson investigators, unless said employees have given written authorization for the release of their names to the Association.
C. The Association agrees to pay the Authority reasonable costs associated with providing such lists.
D. The Association shall not release said home addresses to any entity, person, association, or partnership without written consent of the Authority. This provision shall not apply to trust funds of the Association or administrators of such trust funds, subject to restrictions in Section 2.A of this Article.
E. The Association agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Authority, its officers, agents, and employees from all claims relating to an invasion of privacy by Firefighter Unit members, including attorney and defense costs, whether resulting from court action or otherwise, as a result of the release of said home addresses.

Upon request, to a maximum of four (4) times per fiscal year during the term of this agreement, the Court shall provide Union with a complete and current listing of all employees in the bargaining unit. Such listing shall include employee name, job classification, work location, department, work phone, and hiring date; and, to the extent the Court has such information on file, the employee’s personal email, personal cellular telephone number, and home address unless the employee has opted out from providing the home address, personal cellular telephone number and/or personal email, in which case verification will be provided to the Union. The listing will be organized by work location.
