Employee Information Listing. Once each quarter, during the term of this Memorandum, the County shall provide OCEA with a listing of all current employees in this Unit. Such file shall include employee name, job classification, agency/department, timekeeping location, salary range and step. The County shall also provide OCEA with any other information needed pursuant to Article XX, Section 3. OCEA agrees to pay all costs necessary to providing such lists.

However, employees can opt-out of providing their personal email and phone numbers to the Association.

The information identified in this section shall be provided to the exclusive representative regardless of whether the newly hired public employee was previously employed by the public employer or whether or not the employee wishes to be a member of OCAA, unless the employee has asked in writing that the information not be disclosed.
