Employee Indemnification. 19.1 So long as the Employees fully comply with Company policies and/or applicable law, the Company will defend, indemnify, and save harmless any Employee for liability incurred during the effective dates of this Agreement and in the course of performance of the Employee’s assigned duties and performed within the scope of their employment for the Company that resulted in bodily injury, property damage suffered by any person(s) subject to the following conditions:
