Employee Health Services. At the beginning of employment and thereafter as determined by the Medical Center based on a TB assessment, the Medical Center shall arrange to provide tuberculin tests and x-rays, if necessary, at no cost to the nurse. Laboratory examinations when indicated because of exposure to communicable diseases while on duty shall be provided by the Medical Center at no cost to the nurse.

Employee Health Services. Employee Health Services are available to all nurses, regardless of the number of hours worked. Laboratory tests, pharmaceuticals and radiology exams ordered at the request of Employee Health Services for occupational health purposes will be paid for by the Hospital.

Buyer shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to make arrangements, reasonably satisfactory to Seller, pursuant to which Seller, the Hospitals or an affiliate of Seller will provide on-site employee health services, including first aid, injury reporting, immunization, and other employee health services in a manner consistent with past practice.
