Employee Eligibility. For purposes of this section, “eligible employee” shall be defined by the Public Employees’ Medical and Hospital Care Act.
Employee Eligibility. Employee eligibility for vision benefits is the same as that prescribed for health benefits under Subsection B.1 and B.2 of this agreement.
Employee Eligibility. Eligibility shall be in accordance with the eligibility requirements of the FML article in the aforementioned MOU.
Employee Eligibility a. All eligible employees must have a permanent appointment with a time-base of half time or more and have permanent status, or if a limited term or a temporary authorized (TAU) position, must have mandatory return rights to a permanent position.
Employee Eligibility. Employee eligibility for dental benefits will be the same as that prescribed for health benefits under subsection B.1. and B.2. of this article.
Employee Eligibility. Effective January 1, 2021, Contractor is required to use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all employees used by the Contractor under this Contract, pursuant to Section 448.095, F.S. Also, the Contractor shall include in related subcontracts, if authorized under this Contract, a requirement that subcontractors performing work or providing services pursuant to this Contract utilize the E-Verify system to verify employment eligibility of all employees used by the subcontractor for the performance of the Work. The subcontractor must provide the Contractor with an affidavit stating that the subcontractor does not employ, contract with, or subcontract with an unauthorized alien. The Contractor shall maintain a copy of such affidavit for the duration of the Contract. If the Department has a good faith belief that a subcontractor knowingly violated §448.095(1), F.S. and notifies the Contractor of such, but the Contractor otherwise complied with this statute, the Contractor shall immediately terminate the contract with the subcontractor.
Employee Eligibility. Employees whose job classifications are listed in Appendix B, E-level classifications, of this Agreement are not eligible to receive compensation for overtime worked. Employees whose job classifications are listed in Appendix B, D-level classifications, of this Agreement are eligible to receive payment in cash or compensatory time off for overtime worked as provided in this Section 15.4.
Employee Eligibility. A Qualified Employee is an employee who has been offered coverage by his or her employer and who is an Eligible Employee.
Employee Eligibility. Eligibility for these benefits shall be limited to those bargaining unit members that have been employed for at least the previous twelve (12) months by the Board, and worked at least 1,250 hours during that previous twelve (12) month period. Full-time teachers will be deemed to have met the 1,250 hour requirement.
