Employee Discounts. Should Dublin City Council approve employee discounts in the future, the City agrees to apply such approved employee discounts to bargaining unit employees and non-bargaining unit employees alike. Likewise, any Council approved modifications to present or future discounts will also be applied to bargaining unit employees and non-bargaining unit employees alike.
Employee Discounts. 8.1 The Company will provide Regular Full-time Employees with discounted telecommunications services and, if available, High Speed Internet or other services, in accordance with Company policies on providing employees with discounts on Company services. Concession benefits, if provided, will only be available to employees living within the Frontier service areas.

In addition, any employee on the payroll as of April 30, 2007 who is on the grandfathered 75% concession telephone benefit will continue to receive the grandfathered benefit; however, if such an employee chooses to elect the current discount program, the employee may not later elect to return to the grandfather benefit.

Employees of Choice shall be granted discounts with Manor Care on the same terms and conditions as Manor Care employee discounts, and employees of Manor Care shall be granted discounts with Choice on the same terms and conditions as Choice employee discounts. Such discounts shall be intended to qualify as a fringe benefit excludible from the gross income of employees under Section 132(a) of the Code. This Agreement shall constitute a reciprocal agreement between the parties within the meaning of Section 132(h) of the Code, and the parties shall execute such further documentation as may be required for tax purposes or as otherwise necessary to effect such discounts. In accordance with Section 5.02, each party shall furnish the other with such information as is necessary for the administration of the aforesaid employee discount programs, including but not limited to information on the utilization of the discounts by the employees of such other party. Each party shall be solely responsible for any payroll taxes, excise taxes, corporate income taxes or penalties attributable to the availability of discounts to or utilization by its employees (whether or not such discounts qualify under Section 132(a) of the Code), and the other party shall have no liability or obligation with respect thereto.

For the period ending two (2) years from the Separation Date, HBI will continue to offer all employees and directors of the Xxxx Xxx Group on the date of product purchase a discount on all HBI products purchased by such Xxxx Xxx Group employees or directors, which discount shall be equivalent to the HBI employee and director discount programs in effect with respect to HBI products as of the Separation Date. If required under the terms of the Master Separation Agreement dated October 2, 2000 between Xxxx Xxx and Coach, Inc., HBI will continue to offer employees and directors of Coach, Inc. the discount contemplated by Section 4.18 thereof. For the period ending two (2) years from the Separation Date, Xxxx Xxx will continue to offer all employees and directors of the HBI Group on the date of product purchase, a discount on all Xxxx Xxx products purchased by such HBI Group employees or directors, which discount shall be equivalent to the Xxxx Xxx employee and director discount programs in effect with respect to Xxxx Xxx products as of the Separation Date.
Employee Discounts. Licensor’s employees may stay at the Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties (and Licensee’s employees may stay at the Licensor Lodging Properties) for other business or non-business purposes at reduced rates (such rates also covering food and beverage costs). Licensee’s employees may enjoy discounts consistent with Licensor’s then-current discount offers to its own employees (i) to purchase units in Licensed Vacation Ownership Properties and (ii) for other employee discount programs, such as in-room amenities, in each case, in accordance with the Standards and Agreements.
